I Love bringing my daughter here I Love that she’s learning defense but I also love how Sensei Cort interacts with the kids. It’s the perfect place before we had my daughter signed up for karate and didn’t like how they interacted with with kids or his teaching only lasted one day. With Sensei Cort they have a try a class for free so you see what you get and trust me you won’t want to go anywhere else. It’s well worth it and I highly recommended this place.

Three members of our family take regular lessons at Blain Cort's Total Self Defense. We love it there. My son has been there the longest and we've seen a noticeable improvement in his focus and respect for others. I started my lessons at age 50. This is the first martial arts/fight training I've taken in my life outside of the Army. I taken weekly lessons in Wu Ying Tao and Modern Arnis (Filipino Stick Fighting) for the last six months. My daughter started last month and she's having a great time.

Sensei Cort is great with kids and adults. His lessons focus on proven Self Defense techniques to protect yourself and your family.

I would recomend Blain Cort's school for anyone interested in learning practical self defense for all ages.
